Dr. Petro is fantastic. Not only did his methods take away most of my lower back pain, but he completely cured my shoulder pain, which I had been trying to have doctors fix for years. He is an incredibly kind and nice individual as well. He was recommended by my NP, who he also helped with her back pain. You will not find a better chiropractor than Dr. Petro!

I tried other traditional Chiropractic services prior and was never comfortable with those high velocity adjustments. I decided to give Dr. Petro a try and the type of adjustments he uses is by far better for my liking and I saw better results with this type of adjustment. I had both lower back and neck pain that also radiated into my thighs....and after a couple of months we were able to fix most of the issues and I'm practically pain free again. Now I just go for typical maintenance every once in awhile. I highly recommend Dr. Petro.

I am a Family Medicine NP in Westlake, I was referred to Dr. Petro by a patient of mine. Needless to say, he lives up to his reputation! I have been seeing him for a few months now. I have cervical spine disease and had radiculopathy for over 6 months leaving weakness and tingling. He was able to fix this in 3 weeks. In a world of pharmaceutics with a myriad of side effects, and surgical interventions that often come with complications and don’t fix the underlying problem, he is the answer! He works using evidenced based medicine in retraining the nerves and the central nervous system to process damage and pain in the spine differently, alleviating pain. 10/10 Recommend.

I had been experiencing pretty severe neck pain and numbness in my arm that was getting no relief from pain medications or PT interventions. My PCP recommended Modern Chiropractic, and I was skeptical but nothing else was working so there was nothing to lose. I was even more skeptical when I was told I would be better in 4 weeks. Within 2-3 visits I was markedly improved and despite my skepticism, my neck pain was completely gone within 3 weeks!

Dr Petro was great! Super easy to get scheduled for the initial visit and all follow up visits! He explained everything very well through the whole process and worked wonders on the tight schedule that I had. My pain decreased after the very first visit

Dr. Petro is one of the most caring doctors I’ve ever met! Before I started to see him for the torque release therapy I was getting Botox injections 4 times a year ( at $5,000 a pop) for Parkinson’s related cervical dystonia. I could barely turn my head and the Botox left my neck muscles so weak that I had to manually life my head up and had trouble swallowing. Within a month or two of the torque release therapy I noticed my neck didn’t hurt and I could turn it. Now, after a year of therapy I continue to come in once a week and barely notice even the slightest pain! Thank you Dr. Petro!

Modern Chiropractic is truly one of the hidden gems of the Cleveland area. I was/am very wary of chiropractors and was referred to him in 2020 by a bodyworker to help with neuropathy symptoms in my shoulder, arm, and fingers from herniated cervical discs. Dr. Mark was forthcoming, professional, and compassionate in hearing my concerns and explaining how TRT could help. In under 2 months, all symptoms COMPLETELY disappeared. Through on-going visits over the past 4 years for flare-ups and maintenance, my shoulders and neck have never felt more relaxed and free in my life (even before disc problems). The optional TENS unit treatment after adjustments is also a relaxing touch that brings instant relief. TRT is a wonderful, highly effective, gentle modality; but Dr. Mark's approach, humor, and kindness make each visit that much more enjoyable. Pricing is very affordable, and staff is so personable. I am so sad to have moved out of state and can no longer schedule regular appointments. Five stars aren’t enough.
